Jojo Ngongo
LFC WINDSOR GIRLS TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Jojo Ngongo is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete who competed at The University of Texas at El Paso before continuing her collegiate career at Mississippi State University in the SEC, one of the premier conferences in collegiate soccer. Her experience competing at the highest levels of the game has given her firsthand insight into what it takes to perform, lead, and succeed in demanding environments.
In March 2026, Jojo was recognized by Biz X Magazine for her significant contributions to female athlete development and youth soccer programming throughout the Windsor-Essex region. Through cross-border partnerships, mentorship initiatives, and a player-centered approach to development, she has helped create meaningful opportunities for young athletes to compete, grow, and pursue their goals at the next level.
Passionate about the future of the women’s game, Jojo is committed to making a lasting impact on soccer by developing not only exceptional players, but exceptional people. Her focus extends beyond athletic performance, emphasizing character, leadership, and personal growth as the foundation for long-term success both on and off the field.
What does it mean to you to represent LFC:
“I am excited to be a part of LFC Windsor. The club has been a staple in our community for the past 10 years. I look forward to helping create opportunities for young female athletes. This is an opportunity for me to help in creating consistent development pathways across the girls side of the program. I see it as more than coaching . For me, this role is about long-term impact. Developing players not just for the next game, but for the next level. It’s about building a clear identity and raising performance. There is a strong commitment to growing the girls side of the game here at LFC, I am honored to be part of that vision.”
